What Untild does

Untild helps you record travel days, review country observations, set personal day counters, plan possible trips, keep travel-document details, and create reports or backups. You are responsible for entering accurate information and reviewing any location or photo-based suggestions before relying on them.

Not immigration, tax, or legal advice

Untild is a personal record-keeping and planning tool, not legal, immigration, visa, tax, or residency advice and not an official determination of status or eligibility. A day count or trip-planning result may be incomplete or incorrect. Applicable rules can change and may depend on facts the app does not know, including your circumstances, travel purpose, border treatment, and local counting rules. Check current official sources or consult a qualified professional before making decisions. Do not use an Untild report as a substitute for official evidence.

Location and photo features

Automatic tracking and photo-history import require the permissions described in iOS prompts and the Privacy Policy. iOS may limit or delay background location observations, and photos may have missing or inaccurate dates or locations. These features cannot reconstruct a complete travel history. Manual entry remains available. You decide whether to confirm suggested days.

Your records and exports

Your app records are stored locally on your device; Untild does not provide a Palara account or developer-operated cloud sync. Keep your own backup if you need one. Erasing the app or its travel data can permanently remove local records. Files you export or save to another service, and copies included in device backups, are managed separately by you and that service.

When you share an export, you choose its destination and are responsible for deciding what information to share and with whom. Untild exports do not package document attachment files.

Untild Plus subscriptions

Untild Plus may be offered as an auto-renewable monthly or annual subscription. The features included, price, billing period, any free trial or introductory offer, and renewal terms are shown in the app and Apple’s purchase sheet before you confirm. Prices, offers, and eligibility may vary by storefront and change over time; the purchase sheet controls the offer shown to you.

Payment is charged through your Apple Account. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel through Apple at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel it in iPhone Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions. Deleting Untild does not cancel a subscription. Use Restore Purchases in the app if your Plus access is not recognized. Apple handles billing and refund requests under its processes and applicable law.

Acceptable use and changes

Use Untild lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse its features. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal, or product reasons. Changes to paid features remain subject to applicable law and the terms of your purchase.

Ownership and availability

Palara LLC retains rights to Untild’s software, design, and branding, apart from third-party materials identified in the app. We aim to keep the app available and useful, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free calculations, or that every feature will work on every device or under every iOS setting.

Liability, governing law, and contact

To the extent permitted by law, Untild is provided as available and Palara is not responsible for decisions you make solely from its records, estimates, or planning results. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer protections.
